Big productivity.
We build tools that respect your time, your attention, and your data. Narrow apps that plug into what you already use, do one job properly, and document their limits honestly.

What we are building
Clean data. Automatically.
A monday.com automation app that formats text, numbers, phones, emails, IBANs, postal codes, and time values the moment a column changes. Just formatters, zero scripts.
Visit ClaraPDFs, handled calmly.

We build tools that respect your time, your attention, and your data.
Quinsy started from a simple frustration: work software is powerful, but the small daily frictions add up. Messy column values. PDFs that need five clicks and a new tab. Tasks that should run themselves but still eat an afternoon.
We are not trying to replace your stack. We build narrow tools that plug into what you already use and do one job properly. We document limits honestly. We do not track you on this site. We would rather earn trust slowly than hype a roadmap.
Our aim is straightforward: make work a little easier for the people who actually do it.
Focused scope
One product, one job. Clara formats monday columns. Edith makes PDF work calm and local in Chrome. We say no to feature creep and all-in-one ambition.
Automation-first
Set it up once, let it run. Our tools react to changes in your boards and browser, not the other way around. Less babysitting, more doing.
Honest limits
Formatting is not validation. Local PDF tools are not a document management system. We tell you what works, what does not, and where you still need a human check.

Set up like any monday automation
Pick a column, choose a format, done. Clara runs as a workflow action inside your board and writes the cleaned value back to the same cell.
Early access is available via monday Developer Center while the marketplace listing is in review.

Your PDFs never leave your device
Most online PDF tools require upload. Edith's free browser tools do not — files are processed in memory on your machine and downloaded locally.
The Edith Chrome extension — signing, annotations, and vault — is awaiting Web Store approval.

Edith offers privacy-first PDF tools — seven free browser utilities at edith.quinsy.app plus a Chrome extension in review. We care about honest limits, clear privacy, and products that stay out of your way.
Do you track visitors on this website?
No. quinsy.app and the Edith free tool pages at edith.quinsy.app do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing pixels. Where are your Terms and Privacy Policy?
What is Quinsy Clara?
Clara is a monday.com automation app. When a column value changes, Clara applies the formatter you chose and writes the result back to the same cell. It covers text, numbers, phones, emails, IBANs, postal codes, and time values. Learn more at clara.quinsy.app.
What is Edith?
Edith is a privacy-first PDF product. Seven free tools at edith.quinsy.app let you merge, reorder, rotate, delete, convert, and number PDF pages entirely in your browser — no upload, no account. The Chrome extension adds viewing, annotations, form filling, signing, redaction, and an encrypted vault for saved details. It is designed for calm everyday use with large readable type, colour-vision filters, and plain language. The extension is awaiting Chrome Web Store approval.
Are Edith's free PDF tools free to use, and do they track or store my files?
Yes, they are completely free. All seven tools at edith.quinsy.app can be used without an account, subscription, or credit card. There is no paywall for basic tasks like merging, converting, or reordering pages.
Each tool runs entirely in your browser on your device. Your PDFs are processed in memory and never uploaded to our servers — we do not receive document content, filenames, or page data. We do not store your files. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on the tool pages. Standard hosting logs may record that a page was requested, but not what was in your document.
When will Clara and Edith be publicly available?
Clara works today for early users who install via monday Developer Center; the public marketplace listing is in review. Edith free PDF tools are live at edith.quinsy.app. The Edith Chrome extension is awaiting Web Store approval.
What data do your products process?
It depends on the product. This website (quinsy.app) only processes basic server logs and emails you send us — see our Privacy Policy. Clara and Edith each publish their own privacy policies covering product-specific processing. We do not sell data or use product data for advertising.
What are you aiming for as a company?
We want to make everyday work a little less tedious for the people who actually do it. That means small, reliable tools, clear documentation, and policies you can read without a law degree. We would rather ship something narrow that works than promise a platform we cannot stand behind.
